Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days of processing before dispatch (excludes weekends and public holidays). Processing time may extend to 5 business days during holiday sales peaks.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and major European nations. Restricted regions with international shipping bans will be blocked automatically at checkout.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Domestic US Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10–20 business days
  • European Union: 12–25 business days

    Global delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier backlogs, or national postal service disruptions outside our control.

4. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery country.

Free standard shipping is offered for all orders with a subtotal over $75 USD before tax and discounts. Expedited express shipping options are available for an additional flat fee.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For all international orders:

The buyer is fully responsible for all local customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any customs clearance charges levied upon arrival in your country. We do not cover these fees and cannot predict duty amounts, as regulations vary per territory.

6. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to your order email address. You may track delivery status via the carrier’s official website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  1. Lost shipments: Contact support within 15 business days of dispatch for a trace investigation. If the carrier confirms permanent loss, we will offer a full refund or free re-shipment of your order.
  2. Stolen packages: We are not liable for parcels marked "delivered" by the carrier but stolen from your residential address. We recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout for high-value orders.
  3. Damaged shipping boxes: Submit clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and broken products to support within 7 days of delivery for replacement or partial refund.

8. Undeliverable Returns

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, unclaimed delivery, or refused customs clearance, you will be responsible for a re-delivery shipping fee if you request a second shipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for undeliverable orders.
